About the Author
JIM TSELIKIS and SABIN LOMAC are cousins and co-founders of Cousins Maine Lobster. They grew up on the coast of Maine surrounded by family and lobster. They both moved away (Jim to The College of the Holy Cross and eventually orthopedics; Sabin to New York City to study drama before acting his way into a career in Real Estate in LA), then reunited in 2012 to bring the authentic experience of their childhoods to their customers.

This book is very entertaining to read but also packed with lots of information and advice for new business owners. We have already implemented some of Jim and Sabin’s suggestions for maintaining product uniformity when developing a brand. Their honesty in sharing the details of their steep learning curve early on and how they managed it is reassuring and inspiring to us as we have encountered much the same. We found Jim and Sabin’s background history of the demise of the Maine fishing industry (which has never recovered) and the steps taken to keep the Maine lobster industry sustainable really interesting but also reflective of their obvious and heartfelt respect and appreciation for Maine lobstermen. Highly recommended book!

A couple of years exposure makes a 30 something an expert on life and business. There are a couple of other lobster roll success stories out there right now and one can almost change the names and use close to the same stories. A lightweight book was written by one whose early success may not last but his ego no doubt will.
I thoroughly enjoyed every page! It is fun, light-hearted, serious, informative, educational and overall a great story of two guys who set out to follow their dreams and stay true to their hearts and roots. It seems they have done exactly that and their success is well deserved. Definitely a must read for any entrepreneur.
A great story that also teaches a lot. One of my favorite reads in a long time. Teaches a lot about Shark Tank, starting a business, running a business, and everything in-between. Gained a lot of respect for the owners. I recommend!
