As a subscriber to Audible, the book Heretic caught my eye. I had tried to listen to a biography of Muhammad several years ago and had not been able to get into it. After listening to Heretic, I was aware of just how little I know about Islam and Muhammad. This book is an excellent follow up to Heretic. It explains the doctrine clearly and understandably and I believe it has provided me an excellent platform for further reading and study. I highly recommend it; we all need a better understanding of Islam and what is written in the Koran. In the words of Paul, we need to go beyond the stage of "mother's milk" to a more mature understanding. The "mother's milk" we have been given about Islam is stunting our growth rather than serving as sustenance until we are ready for something age appropriate. (Okay, mixed and mangled metaphors, but it's late.) The media and our government have been handicapped by "political correctness" and fear of offending people with the truth. It's time to educate ourselves about the politics and theology of Islam and quit living in a blissful state of ignorance. This book is an excellent place to start.
This is a must read book for all humanity. I have been aware of Mohammed and the religion of Islam since early childhood. With the recent events in contemporary World history I decided to become educated on the reality of Islam and Mohammed. I have read many books about Mohammed and Islam and all were great foundation builders for my opinion of Islam and the Muslims of the World. This book is short and well written and simple to read and to understand. The facts and ideas written about in this book are of great importance for all humanity to become versed in. Read and learn and discuss and promote this book. Buy as many copies as you can afford and send them to your Senators and Congressmen and persons in leadership roles. Doing so will be the best investment you will ever make in preparing for a hopefully positive future for your heirs and humanity and The World Itself. Do it now. Humanity needs this book and all the books about Mohammed and Islam to be read, understood, discussed and then action taken on the messages. Don't hesitate. Hurry. A cursory review of one and two star reviews were amazingly underwelming in lack of substance and content. As for FIVE STAR reviews, my initial reactions are similar to the first thirty that I read. The Amazon Reader Review is an excellent feature. What other readers think is important in any search for truth. Those, who do not want to have its religious-political-ideological system gain the upper hand in the near future, must wake up through acquiring knowledge pertaining to it. Otherwise our system of government, our lives and those of western generations to come are in great jeopardy.
An amazingly read that dotted all the I"s and crossed all the T for me.If like me you have always been confused about this religion or belief this book is for you.I never realised the significance of Mohammed and Like many people today understanding Islam and Jihad confused me.I have heard it is a peaceful religion and a violent belief. I wanted to know more about a topic that is talked about daily. I have read different books on the subject that have not really made it any plainer.This book is easy to read that unravels the confusion and is truly a page turner.If anyone ever asks me What is Muslim, Jihad or Islam I can answer.The writing is excellent and I have to give Harry Richardson a big thank you for writing this book and it would not have been easy.This book will not over whelm you. But take you on a very interesting History lesson. I have always had great sympathy for the female Muslim. Who is violated and abused and I now feel even more sadness for these women that are kept illiterate and in fear.Without a doubt this book lays bare the horror that Muslim girl children are inflicted with and how their mothers are so fearful and brainwashed that they also assist in the mutilations and honour killings. Islam wants to procreate and these women are kept pregnant. The more wives the merrier for Islam. I really do not understand why the Western feminists are not still trying to make these girls voices heard.This is a complex story that Harry Richardson has made an easy and compelling read.
